Who we are
Welcome to Quality Crisis Management—your partner in proactive, ethical, and effective crisis response.
Founded by Chelsea Jackomis, a former educator and practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Quality Crisis Management was established to help individuals and organizations navigate high-stress situations with safety, skill, and compassion. Chelsea’s personal journey—growing up with learning disabilities and in a military household—instilled a deep understanding of how critical structured support and adaptive environments are for success.
With years of experience in both public and private education settings, Chelsea has worked extensively with individuals exhibiting high-risk behaviors, including those with intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and Prader-Willi syndrome. Her career has focused on supporting people with complex behavioral needs—often in situations involving police contact or institutional placement—and equipping caregivers and staff with the tools to respond safely and effectively.
Quality Crisis Management offers comprehensive conflict resolution and crisis management trainings designed for a wide range of organizations, including human resources departments, group homes, behavioral health providers, and educational institutions. Our trainings are PCMA-certified and emphasize evidence-based de-escalation strategies, ethical intervention protocols, and ongoing consultation for sustainable outcomes.
Whether you’re seeking to improve staff safety, reduce workplace conflict, or implement a formal crisis response protocol, we’re here to help. Our mission is simple: to empower your team with the tools and confidence to prevent, manage, and recover from crisis situations—because everyone deserves to work and thrive in a safe, stable environment.
